Recommended to pre-book appointments as we book very far in advance (8 weeks plus). THANK YOU

There are SEVERAL necessary precautions set in place to keep everyone safe.

First and foremost, our disinfection protocols will be maintained.

We will disburse appointments to keep foot traffic to a minimum.

Our door will always remain closed with a video doorbell, we will be notified and meet you at the door.

All payments will be contactless as much as possible, at the front door, before bringing out your pet.

All staff will be wearing masks for your protection. We ask all clients wear a mask and/or face shields when dropping off and picking up your pet. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety and health are jeopardized.

Should a client or family member have symptoms and/or practicing self-isolation, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Most importantly, we ask for everyone’s patience and understanding!

AGGRESSIVE And/or Abusive Behaviour WILL NOT be tolerated.
