Re-Opening Protocol

Our premier has announced that groomers are able to open again while maintaining necessary precautions. As a result, we have started to implement our protocols to commence reopening our salon. We have been getting an influx of emails and phone calls regarding rebooking appointments.

We would like to inform our clients that there has been 8 weeks of cancelled appointments that we have to get through.

To make it fair for everyone, we have decided to start calling clients in a prioritized sequence from when their appointments were cancelled. We will be placing others on a waitlist and once we have caught up, can commence booking those appointments as well.

There will be several necessary precautions set in place to keep everyone safe. First and foremost, our disinfection protocols will be maintained. We will disburse appointments to keep foot traffic to a minimum. Our door will always remain closed with a video doorbell, someone will see you are there, and we will come and bring in your pet. At that time, we will be transferring all dogs to one of our leashes to maintain disinfection and cross contamination. We ask all clients to take their leashes and bring them back upon pickup. All payments will be contactless as much as possible at the front door before bringing out your pet. All staff will be wearing masks and gloves for your protection.

In addition, we ask for everyone’s patience and understanding as this time, there will be noticeable adjustments as we get back to work while maintaining COVID-19 protocols. We must stay safe and continue with heath, safety, and disinfection protocols to maintain the protection of both our clients and staff.

Our regular hours of operation will be 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Walk-in services will not be permitted until further notice please call and make an appointment for all services. Please leave a message and we will return your phone call as soon as we possibly can.
